I enjoyed the subtle mind exercise very much, it brings calmness to my otherwise jumpy thoughts. I also enjoyed, and benefited from, the visualization excercise for this week- visualizing yourself happy, whole, and healthy. I modified it a little to combine with journalin and I am looking forward to continuing that practice. I am scheduling the subtle mind as a daily activity, in the evenings, and the visualization as an occasional activity to help track progress and keep me focused.

ReplyDeletei enjoy all the exercises that we learned in the class. The two that i practice more is the loving kindness and the subtle mind exercise. I also like to practice visualization because if yolu can see yourself in success in good health or in anything it is like your body just follows.
Hey Stacy, I enjoyed the same two that you did! I do my visualization in the mornings to help me get through my days. It is good that you modify it because evryone is different and the same things dont always work for everyone. Keep it up!!
